Why did you delete your audio submissions?
I used a few tracks as submissions that were not mine to catch the little bastards that were stealing my tracks and trying to sell them so that they would get caught because Ben Sage (the original author) was pretty well known. So, if these thieves who were stealing my tracks tried to sell this track, they would be hit pretty hard. That was my way of retaliation... kinda dumb, but it worked. Then I was accused of stealing these tracks just because I uploaded it to NG. I've been asking Tom and the rest of the NGs crew to delete ALL my tracks from NG for years because I told him that people were downloading my tracks and trying to sell them, but they finally got them deleted because they saw how my "behavior" was. I was pissed about how I was viewed, but I eventually didn't care because it worked better for me in the long-run.
I hope this clears some things up in your mind about this situation. Please feel free to ask any more questions. I don't want people to continue to be mislead about this crap that was started about me. Ask Chronamut about this too; he knows all about it too.

No, none of my tracks are on here anymore. Like I stated earlier a few comments up, the crew on NG didn't like the "behavior" that I took about this and deleted ALL of my tracks and put a ban on me submitting. And no, I did not ask for permission because I had a feeling it would not have worked if I did. That of course wasn't the best idea because I knew that I wouldn't have liked someone doing that to my stuff. But like I had done before, I apologized and moved on from that mistake. But hey, at least I wasn't trying to make money off of tracks that weren't mine. I would never do something like that.

Haha! I just got some big News Dude! 1. My Machine is running again and I will restore my Data next days 2. I haven't lost anything important except for 4 Audio Files I can rebuild anyway 3. I got the FL8 Demo now cause Zajed made a Meroid Prime Track while plaing around in FL Studio. its freaking amazing how close I got to the typical epic Prime sounding in less then 30min! So we will do the Matroid Prime Tracks together now. Its going to be big so if you wanna kook up on some Tracks you are welcome ;) But is also going to be hard as hell to get the Prime sound as good as possible, its so difficult not to overtune the whole thing and pick the right sounds you won't believe :O 4. And this is the most important, I was using FL7 Demo before my PC got killed even the FL8 Demo was already released I didn't pay any attention. Now I just saw that FL Studio got a huge new ability in v8.0 >>> IT READS .ogg FILES <<< Oh my god I can't believe this! Game developers use this Format often especially id Software and all Doom3 and Quake4 Samples I got are in .ogg Format - I don't have to convert anything :D I got so many Sample it would take ages to convert to .mp3 or .wav but now I can just drop them straight into FL Studio! It just can't get any better now (unless I get Hypersonic2 or Reaktor5 for free ^^ )
btw you need to get your roommate dl the Force Unleashed Demo on 360! Its so cool what you can do with the Might, you nearly feel totally untouchable!

Dreamscaper, I'm not familiar with your work, so I can't judge you there, but the thing you need to understand is that while you think your intentions might have been justifiable, you took the music of a fellow musician and claimed it as your own. While you think you're just using it to catch out thiefs and not for your personal benefits, when you click "submit" you're saying that the music is your own work.
I'm not at a high enough skill level to have people steal and try to sell my work, but I have found someone taking my work and passing it off as their own, and it'd be so much worse if I were trying to make money off the music some other person on another site is claiming as his own and giving away for free!
You have these "excuses" for what you've done. But remember this; Just because you have an excuse for something, that doesn't make it acceptable.
Come on! You apologised in the thread when you were caught, and you were given a second chance. I'm interested to know what happened with your second chance? What did you do there?
It's insulting when you apologise on the forums, and here you're acting like you don't deserve the shame and hate that you get. You're acting like you were well justified for what you did. There's a line, and on one side is a clear marking of what you can submit to Newgrounds, and on the other side is a clear marking of what not to do. The staff became aware that you had crossed the line, so man up and take responsibility! Rules are rules, no matter what you tell yourself, you broke them, you knew you were breaking them, anything you say otherwise is a lie, no matter how many times you state your intentions, and you state they honestly were your intentions, the truth.
Continue on with your music elsewhere, and I give you the best of luck for other sites, but don't come to Newgrounds and play the sympathy card. That's just plain insulting. Move on.
Just to catch you up to everything that has happened after the little issue with Geiko Dance... Wade had informed me that this track was by Ben Sage, and I had apologized for trying to claim it as my own and I personally deleted that track right after I was informed. But he then asked me if there were any other tracks that were not mine on NG so that he could remove them, and I had given him a list because I was unable to delete these tracks and they were used as a trap for the people that were trying to make money online with my music, and I had explained this already to him. I did not hear anything after this from him until like a month and a half later saying that he had received reports of me "stealing" again almost as if he never received or looked at the response I gave him earlier about that list of tracks. So, this second chance that everyone seems to be asking about, I believe I did the right thing by wanting ALL of my tracks removed since I had requested this like 2 years ago and never received a response until then. I also did not submit anything else that was NOT mine like I was suggested, but then the list of tracks that I was unable to delete that were not mine must not have been received by Wade or anyone else because Wade must've thought that I was trying to submit "illegit" music again. So, now I have this bad image with others on here because all they knew or saw was not the WHOLE ENTIRE truth. They just saw it as me trying to misuse the privileges of submitting audio on NG again when these tracks were already on the submission list months before Geiko Dance was released.
But now this is like trying to explain this over and over again to a brick wall because now no one believes me except a small group of people who have examined this case close enough for all the full proof and evidence of what actually happened before they place the blame and start pointing their middle fingers like idiots. So, I do believe I was well justified and I already did man-up and took responsibility for this TWICE at that because people couldn't believe it!!! That sympathy card was never played because if you look at the forum again, you'll read that I clearly explained that I was "...not asking for mercy, but I do ask that any of you who think of cheating anyone or the system or whatever it may be to get the satisfaction you may feel that you need at that moment, JUST BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF FIRST, and then say that I can do great as myself, I just need to push myself to do better and be stronger at what I do."

I hope you can understand what actually happened instead of quickly and so easily placing the blame and criticizing me of something I've already apologized for over and over and never actually committed the same falsification. Again, these intentions at first were to polish my ego at the time, and once I was caught, I paid my crime and apologized and never committed that crime again and while doing so, there was other tracks that have been on this site longer than the track I was caught using as my own that I could not delete because they were used in other animations and could not be removed unless asked by the Administrators... which is what I had explained to Wade, but never received an acknowledgement. Thanks for not acting childish and totally irrational WB! Also thanks for the well wishes!
