The concept was pretty funny because I usually can't dance to DDR, and when I see other people do it better, it makes me want to take some form of melee weapon out and wack them so that they become disabled.

The graphics were smooth in some places, but in others it was pretty jerky. I don't know if that's the style you prefer, but the animation didn't flow too well in my opinion. If that isn't really what you were wanting, then I would improve on the animation part of it.

Also, I think your friend is right, voice acting could probably make it more interesting, and maybe even a little funnier with goofy voice-overs or something. Other than that, the rest was ok.

"I laughed the first time..."

...and every time I look at it again, I still laugh. What really made this interesting was the fact that you don't get to see this every day. As goofy as it is, it does hit a funny bone somehow; for me anyway. I think short simple things like this get a better message across than some long, epic animation. It's simple...it's short...and it's easier to follow. Therefore, it's easier to enjoy.

"Funny, yet "old" (I mean that in a good way.)"

When I say old, I mean that it reminds me of "The Simpsons" arcade game back in the early 90's. The moves are very similar.

Anyway, this game was very fun and interactive, as well as very creative; even though it was wrong to beat up old people. But, I guess if you took that away, it wouldn't be as funny. There are only a few drawbacks I had with it. First off, it didn't have a block feature because the old men with the cats seem to rip the snot out of me before I could lay the first blow. Usually, fighting games have blocking features because of the amount of "bad-guys" you come up against. But, you made up for that with the desperation move.

Secondly, this is pretty minor, but it got a little annoying....when I ran to the other side of the hallway, my character stayed on that side the whole time. It's not that big of a deal, but it was hard to see what was coming up against me on the side I was on, and I felt trapped.

Other than that, this game rocked!!! The graphics are superb; the music fits the game perfectly; the animation was smooth in most places; and the replay value was there. That's very important for any game. The only issue was the small bug with the run feature and not being able to block. Excellent game!!!

Your drawings are nice, the music is awesome, the effects are cool, but dude, anyone can make a head swing back and forth in Flash, as well as make the background change color. This might be cool to play just to listen to the music, and maybe to have a strobe effect on your computer. I've seen paraplegics dance better than that, especially to a tune as kickin' as that. I can see that your drawing skills are pretty good, but I'd like to see some more animation than that. I know you should have the skill in you somewhere.
