Great concept and instrumentation was arranged well, but like the majority of the other songs, the meter and pitch destroyed the ability to listen and enjoy. I really dig the lyrics and guitar, but the vocals, percussion, and just about everything else needs work, so that it all flows together. You can definitely tell you were drunk when producing this. I've done that before thinking the track turned out amazing, which then when I listened to it sober, it was God-awful. You did accomplish the cheese factor, but I know you are fully capable of producing a much, much better track sober. 2.5/5

Hahaha ya yer right, the day i found out about the contest was the only day i had to do it and I was already drunk so i had to at least give it the good old college try but thanks man

Well, pretty much what has already been said, needs to be longer. It sounds like a work half-done. I could understand if there were more elements going on like a blues guitar and bass, but it's just so minimal and not very memorable. Yes, the cheese factor is there, and yes, the vocals are great and punny, but it's just missing that next level that it needs with more elements to give this a more memorable sound. Not bad, but I know for a fact you can do much better. 3/5

Haha, nice lyrics. The chorus though... Mate, that was pretty hard to listen to, I'll admit. From the off meter and off pitched vocals, it was completely distracting. Even with the cheese factor that's supposed to be in this competition, this was just off. Maybe get a little bit of self-correcting on the vocals to smooth out that chorus from sounding so off. The timing can truly only be fixed by singing in meter. The beat and synths were on point, though. Not bad, but not that great. Just polish up that chorus, and I do believe you have a gem! 3.5/5

Aydin-Jewelz123 responds:

Agreed dude. Was happy enough with the verses but yeah, the chorus is a major let down for sure, considering it's meant to be the bit that's remembered!

Thanks for the honest feedback!

Might give it another crack down the line and see how I can fix it up. Probably the whole thing needs re-recording.

Keen to make more vocal tracks but when the time is right, and probably through more competitions as you get concrete feedback :)

Taking singing lessons but still a long road to go. I can sing Aint No Sunshine and Just The Two of Us but that's taken like 4 months of my time xD

Should be interesting to see a year or two from now. If I can catch up my vocals to the production!

Haha, this is cute! I love all the corny puns... very clever! I can tell a lot of time and effort was poured into this. The vocals are a bit rough in meter with both male and female vocals fighting to work together at certain parts and the pitch was a bit off, but it kinda goes with the cheese factor. The lyrics kind of make up for this. This reminds me of those love story musicals with a dance number. Overall, very good work, just polish up the vocals, and you have a top-notch tune! 4/5

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Man, this competition this month has some amazing competition! This is absolutely gorgeously orchestrated from the perfectly timed drums to the harmonious guitar to the almost flawless vocals. I commend you for taking on each of these beautifully crafted parts. The only thing I think could be refined on is the lack of cheesiness, but honestly, this is fabulous the way it is! Absolutely flawless, IMO! 5/5

SUPER CHEESY! I love it! This perfectly fits every rule and aspect of this February NAC, and I honestly couldn't find anything wrong with it, except maybe the autotune effect on the vocals at times, but even that fits perfectly for this. Very impressive instrumentation, Czy! You definitely have my vote! 5/5

Czyszy responds:

Thank you, sir. Yeah, I do sometimes play around with my vocals by flexpicthing them slightly to get a softer voice.

Wow! How did I not review this already???

Gorgeous melody with a driving force of perfectly timed hands up in the air moments held together with some harmonies that are outherworlrdly.

Although this is probably one of your more popular tracks, it's definitely not my favorite, as I love your darker and heavier DnB tunes more. This one definitely doesn't fall short of the well deserved fame it has received over the years because it's definitely a damn good track full of sad and energetic emotions perfectly mastered.

Overall 5/5

Czer323, where the hell did you go, man! We miss you, bro!!!

Anyway, you never cease to impress. This track in particular, even though it may not be one of your more notable tracks, it definitely hits right in the feels.

The mastering could use a little work, as it clips quite a but in the heavier parts. I'm sure this was due to most of our limitations of knowing how to properly mix back then. We all knew how to make damn-good music, but mastering them was on a whole 'nother level.

Wonderful track, broski!

Overall 4.5/5

Very simple, clean, clear, bassy, and the reverb is perfect on every element of this little tune.

Overall 4/5

Definitely oldschool and brings back memories of this thing continuously playing on the main page.

Nice, simple and groovy beat with an almost hypnotic sound to it.

I'm sure, regardless of this being so short, the compression is due to the limited file size that was allowed in the audio portal. So, can't ding you on that.

Very iconic and still going strong!

Overall 4/5

Rock is a bore; Hip-Hop is a snore; Country I just ignore; Rap is like audio war; Heavy-Metal makes my ears sore; Disco should've died in '74; Electronic I love to the core. (People are going to hate me for stating this, so I won't state anymore.)
